
These courses are a good way to revitalise your movement practice or dip your toe in and see if you’d like to commit to one of the longer courses I run.
These short courses happen outside the usual five week blocks and can also be an opportunity to keep your practice going at these times.
Dates will be shared here approximately two weeks before the course starts.

Recordings will be provided after each session and will remain available for 20 days. These are sent automatically so you can do both the live class and follow up with a recording later.
